Positive Material Identification

X-ray Fluorescence Analyser (XRF): This highly portable hand-held equipment allows SST-NDT to perform PMI on-site at our customers’ premises. The device scans the material and identifies its key elements.

Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES): SST-NDT has the most portable OES system available in the market. This allows the most accurate detection of carbon and lighter elements directly at our customer’s sites.

Hardness Testing

SST-NDT is able to provide hardness testing of materials using the most commonly used testing methods; Rockwell, Vickers and Brinell. In addition to this we are able to offer portable solutions through the dynamic Leeb hardness testing method which is subsequently displayed in all of the common hardness scales.

Painting and Coating Inspection

SST-NDT provides all coating and paint inspection services. Our existing team of coating inspectors work in conjunction with our coatings team to ensure that all stages of the application process is carried out in accordance with the pre-agreed standard.
